EXPORT SERVICES

 

Our goal is to provide a customized service that fully recognizes the role of the Buyer, Seller and the intermediate Freight Forwarder but focuses solely on the requirements of the BUYER. Sellers and Freight Forwarders are often unable to provide personal services, requiring an independent experienced company to focus on:

 

·        Tracking and tracing of materials from origin to the export packer, freight forwarder and / or export terminal and providing independent and accurate information to the BUYER;

·        Checking accuracy of documentation to ensure it complies fully with both export requirements and those of the BUYER’S import country;

·        Providing cost analysis of transport, packing and handling rates to ensure the BUYER is receiving the most competitive rates available in the United States;

·        Expedited services for export of vehicles and used wheeled equipment, including personal courier of documents to Customs.

 

ITS has direct relationships with all service entities involved in the transportation and handling of export shipments, we have access to the most competitive inland transport, warehousing, export packing and ocean freight rates.  Typically ITS is able to offer substantial cost savings.

                                                                                                 

PROCUREMENT SERVICES                                   

 

Often United States suppliers will not process orders unless a Letter of Credit or advance payment is established.  For urgent and critical order this causes unnecessary delays, frustration and higher costs. 

 

In these situations ITS is able to step in immediately to arrange payment to US based suppliers and arrange for the immediate shipment of materials and supplies.

 

In 2004, ITS sourced, inspected, procured and arrange the transport of more than $1 million worth of capital equipment, including new and used cranes ranging from 25 ton to 150 ton capacity.  Much of this equipment was destined for reconstruction efforts in Iraq.
